Non-EU customers will not pay UK tax but are liable for any tax and duties in their own countries and responsible to clear the items with their own customs authorities. Underwater Explorers Ltd. is not responsible for any shipment rejected by clients due to failing local tax/duties clearances. Where such shipments are returned due to the customer's failure to provide correct address, receive the delivery at the given address, clear customs, tax or duties in the receiving country -- any additional return fees charged from and all relevant shipment costs will be deducted from any applicable refund for that purchase/despatch.

We strive to ship all items less than 1.5 kg in weight to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail (1st or 2nd Class Signed For or 1st Class Delivery with Proof of Postage). Any parcel over 1.5kg is shipped via ParcelForce 48 hour courier service. Parcels to Europe and the rest of the world are shipped through FedEx International. Any items heavier than 35Kg (i.e. twinsets etc.) are shipped through Interparcel.
If you receive a delivery from courier services please make sure the parcel is intact, unopened and undamaged before you sign for it.

International Deliveries
Deliveries to international destinations weighing under 1.5 kg will be dispatched using Royal Mail Air Sure service to countries covered by this fast delivery service or Royal Mail International Signed For where 'AirSure' is not available. These two services are available where parcel size meets Royal Mail requirements.*
Items weighing over 1.5 kg or of irregular shape/size will be sent via international courier services offering 4-10 working days delivery. Although we do our best to ship using the fastest method, for international deliveries please allow up to 10 working days for receipt before contacting us.

Shipping Charges
Basic Shipping Charges and Bands (Updated April 2011)
UK Other £3.00 + 1.0% of Order Value + VAT
European Community £8.50 + 4.5% of Order Value + VAT
Chanel Islands £7.00 + 3.5% of Order Value + VAT
Other Countries £17.50 + 15% of Order Value + VAT
1. Due to limited availability of some of the products
we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If you wish your order
to be sent in more than one shipment, Underwater Explorers advice you on
extra delivery cost for the second carriage charged at the same rate as
the initial shipment.
2. Delivery will be advised but please leave up to 30
days for delivery on Halcyon items that need to be imported. In stock
items will generally be dispatched within 24 hours but some out of stock
products may take longer. Any delivery date will be an estimate only.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.
3. Any claim based on any defect in quality or
condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of
delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
4. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.
5. For UK couriered consignments we reserve the right
to charge GBP35 for redirection to an address other than the delivery
address specified in your order. If no delivery address is specified,
consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
6. Due to the on-line trading restrictions Scubapro/Uwatec products are only available for shipping within the EEA.
7. Orders over £200 will only be shipped to billing address.
