We will ship anywhere in the world but for areas local and international sanctions or restrictions may apply.

Scubapro UWATEC Products: Due to the terms and conditions set by Scubapro Uwatec we are able to deliver on-line purchases only to addresses in the EEA.

All orders will be despatched either by Recorded Special Delivery (Royal Mail) or Next Day Courier Service (Interlink). Outside of UK deliveries will be despatched using BaxGlobal or Parcel Force. In any case a signature will be required on delivery.

1. Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If you wish your order to be sent in more than one shipment, Underwater Explorers will advise you on extra delivery cost for the second carriage charged at the same rate as the initial shipment.

2. Delivery will be advised but please leave up to 30 days for delivery on any items that need to be imported per-demand. In stock items will generally be dispatched within 24 hours but some out of stock products may take longer. Any delivery date will be an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.

3. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 10 days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the products.

4. If you would like your goods shipped by another method or to a different country, then you will have the option to specify your requirements on the check out page. There may be some countries that we may not be able to ship to due to local or international restrictions.

5. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the point at which they are delivered.

6. For UK couriered consignments we reserve the right to charge GBP30 for redirection to an address other than the delivery address specified in your order. If no delivery address is specified, consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
